The House of Rep. has enacted a bill which would give congress the power to overturn supreme court decisions on the constituinality of bill's that congress passes. Um......what would happen if the supreme court overturned this bill? It says that congress can only do it for laws passed after the enactment of this bill, so congress couldn't do anything about it. Nor can they overturn any judgement of a lesser court. And wouldn't this require a constituional amendment anyway? Hmmmm.........
